AM1700 has joined forces with The Music & Arts Guild to form a supergroup not seen since The Birthday Party and members of Einsturzende Neubauten and Magazine teamed up to form Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds. James McGee is your effervescent host of The Music & Arts Guild Showcase heard every Thursday at 6PM on your AM dial.
After a break to recharge his batteries, James will be joined in the studio this week by The Parsnips. James is sure to ask the band why they named themselves after a vegetable whose shoots and leaves produce a toxic sap that can lead to chemical burns.
