From an old converted barbershop inside the area’s largest all-nude strip club comes the twenty-eighth episode of La Radio Raza Latina hosted by Erika Murcia, Marchela Di Sant, and Juan Zamorano-Gonzalez.

La Radio Raza Latina is the only Spanish-language, issues-oriented radio program in Southeastern Michigan. The focus of La Radio Raza Latina is to discuss news that is important to Latinos in Michigan and the US. La Radio Raza Latina is the radio program of Latin American people that identifies with our families, our town, and our people.

In this week’s episode, Erika, Marchela, and Juan are joined in the studio first by Lainie Katz. They talk about English as a Second Language classes offered at downtown Ypsilanti’s Encuentro Latino restaurant as well as local meet-ups for people looking to improve their language skills.

Later in the show, Monique Alebrijes talk about local publications catering to the Latino community.
