From an old converted barbershop inside the area’s largest all-nude strip club comes the third episode of La Radio Raza Latina hosted by Martha Valadez and Juan Zamorano-Gonzalez.
La Radio Raza Latina is the only Spanish-language, issues-oriented radio program in Southeastern Michigan. The focus of La Radio Raza Latina is to discuss news that is important to Latinos in Michigan and the US. La Radio Raza Latina is the radio program of Latin American people that identifies with our families, our town, and our people.
In this week’s episode, Martha and Juan talk with transgender activist Jennicet Gutiérrez about the plight of the immigrant LGBTQ community in the United States. Later in the show, they discuss the political problems and the attacks against the immigrant community in Texas.
