The Saturday Six Pack With Mark Maynard, Episode 12
From an old converted barbershop inside the area’s largest all-nude strip club comes the twelfth episode of the Saturday Six Pack With Mark Maynard.
Moving from print media, Mark Maynard brings his interview style to the world of AM radio. In the first hour, Mark talks with Debbie Locke-Daniel from the Ypsilanti Area Convention And Visitors Bureau about the unscrupulous scheme to defund the YACAVB. Later, Dave Menzo talks about the progress he’s been making recording an album using only instruments checked out from the Ann Arbor public library. In the second hour, Chris Sandon stops by with some so-called “homemade” food from a neighborhood party. Local musician Annie Palmer drops in to sing a handful of sad songs. Matt Siegfried introduces the new segment, The People’s History of Ypsilanti. Finally, Mark auditions a new tree expert who specializes in evil trees.
Released 11 April, 2015
