From an old converted barbershop inside the area’s largest all-nude strip club comes the fifty-ninth episode of WICKidz Radio hosted by WICIR, the Washtenaw Interfaith Coalition for Immigrant Rights.
WICKidz Radio is locally run by youth for youth in the Ypsilanti area. The show focuses on local and national social justice issues. The goal is that listeners can learn and take inspiration from the perspectives of young people, and go out to make a difference.
In this month’s episode, Andres touches on the significant issues of the the past month including the nominee for Secretary of the Interior and the scheduled Trump executions. He wraps up 2020 with ways in which we can move forward and gives us his eleven demands for making the future better.
