From an old converted barbershop inside the area’s largest all-nude strip club comes the forty-eighth episode of The Music & Arts Guild Showcase with your host, Kate de Fuccio.
AM1700 is joining forces with The Music & Arts Guild to form a supergroup not seen since The Birthday Party and members of Einsturzende Neubauten and Magazine teamed up to form Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds.
Focusing on local music with weekly live, in-studio performances, the Music & Arts Guild Showcase aims to spotlight bands that are making great music in the area. James handcrafts each show by picking out only the best in local music.
In this week’s episode, Kate de Fuccio fills in for regular host, James McGee. James had a prior commitment to play his rock and roll really, really loudly for his adoring fans. As a result, Kate sits down with Lansing’s Luxury Flux to discuss their latest album and life as rock stars.
