The Music & Arts Guild Showcase, Episode 96 :: STREAKING IN TONGUES

Hosted by James McGee

[PODCAST]

From an old converted barbershop inside the area’s largest all-nude strip club comes the ninety-sixth episode of The Music & Arts Guild Showcase with host, James McGee.

AM1700 is joining forces with The Music & Arts Guild to form a supergroup not seen since The Birthday Party and members of Einsturzende Neubauten and Magazine teamed up to form Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds.

Focusing on local music with weekly live, in-studio performances, the Music & Arts Guild Showcase aims to spotlight bands that are making great music in the area. James handcrafts each show by picking out only the best in local music.

In this week’s episode, Streaking In Tongues are back in the studio. Father and son, Ronnie and Elliott Ferguson, sit down with James to play some old classics as well as debut two new songs off their upcoming album “Kindergarten Prayers”.

Released 19 July, 2018

Recorded live at AM1700 Radio in historic, downtown Ypsilanti, MI.
